For the past six years, DSI has delivered industry-leading entertainment and experiences on the frontline of tomorrow. In this, our next chapter, we'll do so with a new sense of corporate purpose and clarity.

Today, we unlock the full potential of our brand. The consumer space has become rotten with confusing corporate constructs, something we will avoid with ONE BRAND. Simply put, ONE BRAND is both everything and nothing DSI. As part of our continuing commitment to ONE BRAND, we have begun divesting from our DSI branding.

Earlier this year we started the process of restructuring from DSI International Holdings Limited to our new entity of Infinity & Co. Holdings. As part of this process we've begun to rebrand and spin off our various subsidiary businesses.
A few changes we've made are:

• Merge DSI-BaxCorp and DSI's BaxCorp into ONE BRAND - DSI-BaxCorp
• Promote our LibelCare brand to InfiniCare
• Rename and redevelop Streamline Infinity to Streamline Orange
• Introduce the DSI RED product line
• Rename our "DSI's" event line to Tales from the Libelverse
• Divest the Emerald Bay Hotels & Resorts Corporation
• Update the DSI Atom to reflect our new "Infinity" values
• Soft relaunch DSI Studios (now Studio Sixteen)

ONE BRAND is our continued commitement to do things the DSI way. We are as many parts DSI as we are Infinity. As a company we will retain and embrace our iconic DSI branding. Calling us DSI is as acceptable as calling us Infinity.

The DSI Company will continue to operate largely as it has this first year. We continue to impliment opportunities for restructuring The Company, but these changes will largely occur in the following years. Reducing consumer confusion is our primary goal, and we intend to do this through eased implimentation of our ONE BRAND.

As a pioneer in enterainment offerings, Infinity will continue to enable a suite of creators both in and outside the company to do what they do best: entertain the world. Our Mission is a commitment to quality products, excellent service, incredible experiences, and unimaginable creativity.
